Meeting was held @ camp horno LZ53 all board members were in attendance with a good turnout (approx 18 members) and civilian membership.\
Club President Juan Galvez opened with a review of the past years activities and the clubs proceedures for requesting the LZ from the base.
Ken Adams went over safety proceedures for full sized aircraft in the vicinity of the LZ. Paul Casselmen club treasurer reported a balance of $2000.00 in the
club treasury. 

We also welcomed 5 new civilian members into the club and looks we have a great new Freshman class at the JMRC. We had the raffel which everyone got something. SPECIAL thanks to Paul (new member), and Owner of Gyro Hobbies http://gyrohobbies.com/ for the Support!!!
The weather was absolutely beautiful, warm sunny with bright blue skies a perfect day for flying! 

The clubs tow plane was in service all day towing up all who brought their impressive sail planes to enjoy and soar the thermals with the local birds of prey. 
 
The club also served pizzas and drinks to all members and guests in attendance to celebrate another great year @ LZ53
